The year has proven to be extremely difficult to acquire the parts needed to produce Applesauce. Currently hearing that there may be some availability in July/August 2022, but it is far from being guaranteed. Once these units I have in stock are sold, we have no idea when new ones will be available. Also, the heart of the Applesauce hardware is now completely out of stock at the manufacturer due to the worldwide chip shortage. But we are coming down to the end of the production run. Lastly, as of this writing, there is still some Applesauce hardware available. I think that it is going to become a tremendous reference for Applesauce users as well as users of other disk imaging tools.
